Hope Fitzgerald:Such a pleasure to be with you again. Thank you. It
Agi Keramidas:feels so familiar and for reference here I will, and for the completeness, really, I will say, as an introduction of you that you are a spiritual teacher, a coach and author of the book The Infinity wave, which I have it here our previous conversation was in April last year, and it was one of the top three episodes of my podcast last year, and in particular in YouTube, it was by far the most popular episode. So here we are again in that conversation, I will also mention that we discussed about what the Infinity wave is, where it comes from, and we also discussed some practical applications of the Infinity wave. And today we're going to dive deeper. And I think in a way, it is literally dive deeper, because we're talking about a wave. So what I would like to start with, before diving deeper, let's begin with something fundamental to our listener, to the mastery seeker, listening, and that would be fundamental for the rest of the conversation, of course. So what is the Infinity wave? If you can give us, you know, the rundown, the essence of it.
Hope Fitzgerald:Okay, well, it's a geometry that looks like the letter eight. I mean, excuse me, the number eight and but that eight is made of flowing water. Now this geometry of water is a symbol. It's a metaphor. It's a way for our human minds to accept something that's much, much, much bigger, which is really a force, and the force is very distilled, high high frequency of love and compassion. Now, I have been told, and I understand that that that level of love and compassion is 10th dimension. All which we don't have to get hung up on. It just gives a sense of high how highly refined that love and compassion is. So you can it's hard for our, our human brains, to wrap it around a force that's coming in like, you know, it's just a little too big. So when we imagine this figure eight of flowing water, it's a way to open the door to that force without getting all taken away with the force of it all the Infinity wave is something that we can imagine, and we know that our imaginations are really divine. That is our connection to the divine our imaginations. And so when we imagine it, it actually puts it into play, and we can apply it to daily life and to lots and lots and lots and lots of things, as you've discovered having read the book. So that's my little thumbnail sketch of the Infinity wave. That's
Agi Keramidas:great. Thank you. And I have, yes, I have read the book, and I have also practised the some of the practices that you mentioned in the book. So we will discuss about that bit later on, there are hope, two aspects in particular that I would like to go deeper in today. And the first one is the uses, or the, you know, the application, shall we say, of the Infinity wave or, you know, some situations that we can use it in. So we can talk a bit about this. And then the other aspect I would like to go through with you is the practice itself. So for me, for example, who I am, I'm not hearing about this for the very first time. We will discuss some things on how to, let's say, deepen the practice or improve. I used my quotation marks in that way. So let me start then with the applications or the uses of the Infinity wave. And I remember last time on our first conversation, you finished the conversation with a phrase stay wavy, and you were referring to flowing with life's changes, rather than, you know, resisting them. So I would like to hear some of your thoughts and applications of the Infinity wave, particularly when we feel that life is challenging us with something. It's usually in those times that we feel going against the flow in some ways, and finding it difficult to, you know, let go and allow that. So I would, I would like to hear your thoughts on that.
Hope Fitzgerald:Well, the wave came has come to us as a tool for evolutionary growth. Okay, typically things don't grow without some kind of challenge, without some kind of friction, even plants that are have to have to push their way through the soil and sometimes through the concrete, in order to grow. And a butterfly you know, coming out of the chrysalis, if you help the butterfly coming out of chrysalis, it won't be able to flap its wings. It's the process of the challenge, the movement, that enables it to build the muscle to be able to fly. The same thing is true for us. It is if we had nothing but sunny days our whole lives, there would be no point in being here, absolutely no point, because we wouldn't have the challenges that make our souls stretch and grow. So the phrase that I love, that is not unique to me, is that life is not happening to us, but for us, and as soon as we flip that switch, we then are left with a question, well, if life is happening for me, then what about This situation that I'm in that is so very difficult. What? What is it about this that is for me, and at that point, you get to start looking more and more deeply into we get to look more deeply into ourselves. To figure out where our blind spots might be, because this challenge may have come up more than once in our lives. And what are we not seeing? What? How are we being asked to grow in this situation in particular? What's scary about it, what's painful about it, what's frustrating about it? What are we being asked to do when, when we bring the wave into the picture, instead of, as you mentioned, instead of resisting the lesson, the message we get to move into acceptance and flow with it. What the Infinity wave does is it softens us so resistance. You can think of like a, you know, really strong board or or rock, or, you know, something like that, immovable, rough edges. Maybe we bring the Infinity wave in and the edges start to soften. The whole thing starts to melt a little. And what we thought was solid turns out to be pretty malleable. Turns out we are so adaptable as human beings if we allow ourselves to be and so the wave has this magical way, because it's not just water, it's water imbued with love and compassion. And we know that if we pour love and compassion on anything it's got to do better. We know that if we put the word love on a beaker of water, its molecules turn into crystal in star shapes, whereas if we put the word hate on a beacon a beaker of water, the molecules turn into a muddy, chaotic mess. We know that plants respond in the same way if we sing to plants or talk to plants or love our plants play music for our plants say, grow better. So we are. The other piece of this is that we have to remember we are mostly water. Our physical bodies are mostly water, between 70 and 90% depending on our age. So we are taking the Infinity wave. We are inviting it with its love and compassion, that high high frequency of love and compassion, we're inviting it into our physical selves. And what do you think happens? It structures the molecules in our bodies, the water molecules in our bodies to now be resonating with love and compassion, which brings the whole body into harmony. Now, people experience this in different ways, and some people get it right away. They just start to go, ah. Their body relaxes. They feel more peaceful. It can't explain it, but they just shift. And that's the whole point of the Infinity wave, is that it it allows for a very quick shift into a different state. That's what we need now, because the kinds of bombardments, bombarding news that we get every single day is enough to stiffen us up like a board again. However, if we have the wave, we stay flexible. We ask, What is this for me? How is this for me? How is this asking me to respond? And the whole point, in the end, I believe, is that we we have a soul when we come in. We have a soul when we go out. That's all we have. We have a soul along this journey. We want to make sure that when this soul leaves, it's it's polished. It's got more facets. It's more beautiful and powerful and wise than it was when we came in. So the wave helps us stay in a place where we can receive the lessons. Work with the lessons, flow with the lessons, grow with the lessons.
Agi Keramidas:Thank you for this answer, and there are three things out of it that I will reiterate in my own words, just to establish what you said in First was very important that to recognise that challenge is therefore a reason, and it's not a bad thing that we need to get out of. And you know the phrase, life is happening for us. It allows us. To look for a meaning in any event, in any challenge. So that was one thing that you know, the awareness of the situation. I like very much the way that you describe it as the Infinity wave, soften us and we become more malleable, rather than inflexible or rigid. I it. And the third I got. And I think that's also very important to remember. You said that it can the Infinity wave can quickly shift us into the different state. And I think that is so important, especially for anyone who has realised that when they go into a negative state, they tend to spiral down, and having a powerful method to break that quickly. And I can also attest, by using the Infinity wave as a practice, that it has helped me do that, and, you know, snap out of something that would not, that was not going in favour of direction Emotionally, I mean. And you know, now that you've said all that, I think this is the perfect time to discuss about the practice of the Infinity wave of how to implement it. And you said, I think earlier today, or perhaps I remember it from our previous conversation, that is a matter of visualising the symbol of the Infinity wave flowing in the figure of eight. I think it was in our previous talk, you used the phrase imprint it upon the situation, and you were and that was a really clear phrase for me. And somewhere in your book, you also used the phrase, the word conjure the Infinity wave. So I think these are, in a way, how I understand it. So you basically imagine, and you did say the word imagination, you imagine the Infinity wave in your mind's eye being there, or in your body or in the situation. So that's my simple explanation of, you know, the basic form of the practice. So tell me if I got that correct so far, then we can go to the second level.
Hope Fitzgerald:Yes, there are words that I like to use with it. They're all soft words. They're allowing or inviting. Conjuring is one. And if we, you know, one of the things that gets people a little hung up. So I want to make sure, to make this clear, and that is that we, we get it going, we we invite the wave in, we get it going, and then we don't have to keep it going. I mean, it will once it's invited into a situation, we just can trust that it's there. Usually, if you're let's say you're inviting it in for a conversation with somebody, and they are, like I mentioned in the previous podcast with, like, with my son. He was very, very upset. So sometimes we're with somebody who is, you know, very angry or upset about something, and you start waving them. And then when you see them, start to down regulate and come back and soften their language and soften their body language. Then you can just stop imagining and just know that the wave is working, and you can put your attention on how you want to answer, and so on and so forth. So it's if I or a group of us, get together and we produce what's called an infinity wheel. We send that wheel off wherever it is most needed in the world. Let's say we, we release it and then forget about it. We just know that we've put it in that place. It's operating like a huge ceiling fan over a country or a city or wherever. And we, we understand, we don't have to keep conjuring, thinking and imagining. It's just, it's just done one and done, you know, now I wanted to, I wanted to talk about daily life right now in terms of how to use the wave in a way to help us stay In flow. So, for instance, for people who are still receiving the news on television or the radio. So so when we receive the news of some sort, whether it's shocking or something we don't agree with or whatever it is, we can notice that our. Body gets tense, or our minds go outrage, or whatever the response is, is a natural human response, especially if we are still sort of in a dualistic framework, like this is right and this is wrong and so on. If in that moment, we say, Okay, I just need to get some distance from this. I need to calm down. We wrap ourselves in the wave, or we we, and we can use multiple waves. By the way, you can stick one in your heart, you can stick one in your gut. You can you can have one the Infinity cradle that I mentioned, where you wrap it from your head to cross your body, underneath your feet and back up. And the body and the field of the body will start to relax. And that is an immediate thing that we can do when we get these messages, which we're getting on a daily basis. I think that is one of the primary reasons that the wave came in to allow us to not resist what is not resist, and to realise that we are not those events. We are separate. We can go into observation mode. As an observer, we have a completely different relationship to what is playing out on the field in front of us? Right? Yes. And the other thing is, we can use it in daily situations that are frustrating. For instance, in traffic, you know, down regulating while we're while people are doing crazy things on the road. Actually, it's, it's amazing if I, when I start waving when I'm in the car, the traffic flows, for the most part, I have no nothing threatening happens, and it's just a much more peaceful way to go about driving, which can be pretty crazy. So, yeah, those are just a few things.
Agi Keramidas:This is great. Thank you very much. And one thing, I think it's important, and I got it, which I was not aware of it. Actually it was that you said that once you invite the wave into the situation, you can trust that it is there, and you don't have to keep on making the effort to bring it into the situation. So that is useful. There is you mentioned something about relaxation of the body. Are there any signs that one is using it and it it is working? Are there any things that we can recognise?
Hope Fitzgerald:Well, that's that's an interesting question, because it depends on a person's familiarity with their body, okay, yeah, and the signals from their body. So somebody who's highly sensitive, a body worker, an energy worker, somebody like that might is probably going to feel it right away and and, and it might be different for everybody. Some people might feel a tingling. Other people might feel some warmth. For people who are not used to sensing into their bodies, what we call the somatics, they may have a harder time, you know, sensing what's happening. But pretty much most people will feel sort of a let go, you know, a little settling, a little Oh, okay, I'm going to be okay. Let me just, you know, similar to deep breathing. And by the way, I love to breathe. When I do the wave, I, you know, heavy and and it sounds like a wave. You breathe in, and you're waving with somebody. You breathe out, and you breathe in and you breathe out, and it just is the sound and the flow of waves breaking on the shore, and so it goes very well hand in hand.
Agi Keramidas:This is great. That's very useful. Thank you. When you're saying about the body sensations, I have quite a. Easily. If I in the beginning when I started using the practice, when you were describing to place the Infinity wave on the heart, and you can use your finger to trace the movement. So once I started there, very quickly, even now doing it, I can feel the warm sensation in that area. So that is one, you know, great, let's say indication. There is another one that I wanted to ask you about, and it is something that is also in your book, and that is seeing or visualising the wave clearly. And there is something that you and I will quote a phrase that you have in your book about some people that having trouble to, let's say, visualise the wave. And you said that sooner or later, the wave in Madurai unexpectedly popped into their awareness in vivid ways. So I like that very much, and especially, you know, the vivid ways, the way you you say it can you describe a bit more about that, and I will also share openly, from my point of view, why I'm asking this question, is that I have not experienced in any vivid way the image of the wave I can imagine, but without seeing as an image. I mean we both, we all understand, I think, what I mean by that. So I would really like to hear your thoughts on that.
Hope Fitzgerald:Okay, so I've just had people in my workshops who have said to me, I can't, I don't imagine, I just see a blank screen is just black. And I have always said, Well, you know, just keep going. Just keep going and and sure enough, you know, halfway through the workshop, their eyes will pop open and they'll say, Oh my gosh. I saw the way I saw it. It was going around my body, whatever the meditation was that that they were doing, that I had been leading, and they were so excited, because really it, it's our imaginations are present with us all the time. Our ability to visualise are with us all the time. What is blocking it many times is an old message from a teacher or a parent or whoever who said, It's just your imagination. Don't pay any attention. That has been the message that we've all grown up with, whether we recognise it or not, it's just in the zeitgeist. So it is our belief system that gets challenged and can very quickly change into something else once. Now, does it mean you're doing something wrong if you don't visualise the wave? No, there's no wrong way or right way to do the wave. It is. Think of it as a living energy force, right? It's got its own intelligence. It's got its own ability to know what is needed at the time when you're asking for it. And so my experience is that sort of these esoteric things don't generally come to me when I'm seeking them. They come when I'm least expecting it. They pop in the back door, yeah, and all of a sudden, I'm surprised. So I would always say, just drop your desire to see it. Just do your do your chap would carry water with it, you know. Just keep, keep trying to imagine it and and trusting that it's there if you if your body starts to soften, you start to feel some more, or whatever, you know it's with you. And this is for anybody, and one day it's gonna might pop in and surprise you. And Won't that be fun?
Agi Keramidas:I absolutely, most certainly, thank you for the answer. To drop the desire to to see that it happens. And it is in indeed, in the phrase that I quoted from your book, it was the word unexpectedly, so that yes, unexpectedly means exactly, that this is great, and you also you mentioned that the way that you mentioned it, it makes me realise that there is no right or wrong way, or it is if there is an intelligence on. Its own, and that is, you said earlier, force of love and compassion, then I can only imagine there is no wrong way.
Hope Fitzgerald:Correct.
Agi Keramidas:Before I start wrapping this up, I will also ask, of course, it is a broad question. I don't expect a comprehensive answer, but I would like to hear your thoughts also of the because so far, we discussed about the Infinity wave as as a practice to to shift our state or bring the force of love and compassion. As you said, I would like a quick comment about its connection with spirituality, or our spiritual evolution or our spiritual growth.
Hope Fitzgerald:That's what it's all about. That's what it's all about. It came to help us evolve through challenging times through chaotic times. It it's here to remind us that we won't grow, we won't evolve. If we're hardened boards and rocks that does, that's not growth, that's that's staying in one place and not evolving. So in order to evolve spiritually, it we need to be in a flow state. And to be in a flow state means you're in love and compassion, and to be in love and compassion means you're in a flow state. They are one in the same. So this is a quick delivery system in a way, to to pop ourselves back into that state so we can keep evolving through the challenges and through the chaos, that's the that is its purpose, and that's why it came when it did, so that we had a runway to bring us to now and What's beyond. And it's, you know, here's the thing, and this is, I think, the most important thing, because I have lots of clients who come to me, and they're just so heavy with everything that's going on and the things they don't agree with. And what about this? And what about that? And they themselves are becoming lower in frequency because of all of this, because they're empathic people who care about the world, and that's beautiful. However, we don't help if our frequency gets low. We need to be the beacons we need to stay in high frequency state. Because if we stay in a high frequency state, we impact and improve the state of those around us, whether they realise it consciously or not. So our jobs are to be these beacons. How do we maintain a beacon state, not by getting depressed and angry and dragged under by all the current events? We need to have a tool that helps us stay buoyant, stay lit up and actually, and I know this might sound strange to people, stay in joy. Yes, Joy is a very high frequency. If we can learn to stay in joy in spite of what's happening, and it doesn't mean turning our backs on what's happening. It means observing what's happening and choosing, and it's a choice to stay in joy now that it doesn't mean we don't care. It doesn't mean that's why we have the wave. We can send the wave, which is so much compassion, so much love, to whatever is the hot thing, you know, like the LA fires or the North Carolina floods, or around the world, there are things happening. We send a wave to those places. We offer them this beautiful energy that we just place on, that that geography, or place in that community. It's a way to give a prayer in a way to them, but still maintain our own beacon of light status. So that's that's what it's here. For and, and if we can evolve to that state to be able to do those things to, you know, then, then we're lifting the whole and that's what my job is, you know, that's, that's what my job is, my my little job. That's what it is.
Agi Keramidas:Yes, I was, I was telling you earlier, before we started recording about my that I came to this courses with sense of duty to actually play my role in in in all this I like thank you for your answer. The you the the word beacon, and maintain being a beacon this high frequency state this is, I believe, very useful, the way that you say it, before we start wrapping up hope in this fascinating conversation. Tell me first, where do you want to direct our listeners, our mastery seeker who wants to know more about you and the Infinity wave. And I also understand that you have your audio book available now, so since the last time we spoke. So congratulations on that. Also.
Hope Fitzgerald:Thank you. Thank you. Well, I would just send people to my website, which is spread infinite hope.com and if you've got a YouTube channel with the same name, and Facebook and all of that, that stuff. But if you come to the website and just sign up, you'll get my weekly blog, and every Monday night I have some kind of something going on, a channelled meditation, a community call where people can ask questions and bring their stories. There's something every Monday night of the month,
Agi Keramidas:I want to really thank you from my heart for this conversation. I you know, I since our first conversation back in April last year, I have I found the Infinity wave and what you shared intriguing. I have, since that time, realised that there is much more to that, and all these eights and the Infinity symbols around so there is something very I find it utterly fascinating. What I'm really grateful for this conversation today is that it reinforced in me, and I'm really hoping that it can also do that to others, the fact that it is a very simple yet very powerful tool. And, you know, I will, I will refer back to all the previous conversation. I don't want to repeat all that, but this is I'm really grateful for, you know, reinforcing that in me you said that phrase to shift our state quickly, and that is, it's so important and so much needed, necessary. So I want to wish you all the very best with continuing your mission of spreading this very powerful knowledge. I have one final question. Hope, before I ask the final question, is there anything you would like to add? And then we will close with my final question. It's kind of dramatic, that's
Hope Fitzgerald:okay. Well, you mentioned, just now, you know, bunch of infinities and eights out in the in the world now. Well, with what, I don't know if I mentioned this the last time, but when the waves appeared to me for the first time, and when I came to understand what it was. The first thing I did was go to the internet and start looking up insanity, because I know that there's a collective consciousness, and I can't be the only one getting this, and must be something else out there. And I searched and searched and searched the whole year 2011 I looked I looked for packaging, I looked for jewellery, I looked everywhere. It was nowhere to be found, but the the they said it's going to be anchoring in at the end of 2011 and sure enough, January 2012 it started to appear, and now it's everywhere. People don't understand why they're all using the infinity symbol in their logos, but you and I do.
Agi Keramidas:I do remember now that you say that in our first conversation, it was during that time that I realised that, you know, on my my book, The the number 88 it's like two infinity symbols, one next to the I hadn't thought of it before. So it was such a great insight that happened at that time. Thank you. And so I hope just one final question, if the Infinity wave could speak directly to humanity at this moment in time, what would it say to us right now?
Hope Fitzgerald:Well, there's a whole quote in the book about the Infinity wave speaking to us. It would say, Well, can you can you just give me a minute and I'll see what it wants to say directly. Yes,
Unknown:Dearest, dearest people. The Infinity wave speaks to all in a language that is known yet unknown. It is a language of frequency. It is a language of rhythm. It is a language of knowing that you are a part of something much larger than you may realise. This larger force is a push of evolution that is occurring on your planet right now, and you are part of it, just as the grains of sand are a part of the wave crashing on the floor. You're being moved around like the grains of sand as the water moves in and out. You are an integral part of it. How you decide to move with the waves as they enter your sphere is up to you. Is up to your awareness of being a part of building something magnificent, even though you cannot see it, you are a part that is necessary for the building of a new paradigm. Please accept my invitation to work with you in your lives, to be an essential part of your being. I will do my very best to uplift your heart and improve every aspect of your reality. Thank you. Thank you for inviting me into your being. You
Hope Fitzgerald:Thank you. Wow, I haven't had a direct conversation with the wave in a while.
Agi Keramidas:Thank you. It's a privilege to hear that.
